I didn't start this podcast because I had it all figured out. I started it because I looked around and realized there was no seat at the table for us - the working mom, the entrepreneurial mom, the woman who loves her career and loves her kids and refuses to apologize for either.

We live a different life. Our dynamics, our challenges, our wins - they don't fit neatly into the mom group conversation or the boardroom one. And I tried both. In the mom groups, I found guilt where I was looking for connection.

In the business networking spaces, I found that the thing most often sacrificed was the very thing I valued above money, success, and the relentless need to prove my worth.

Beyond the balance exists for every woman navigating packed schedules, big ambitions, and an even bigger heart who wants to find joy in the middle of it all, reclaim time for herself, and finally let go of the guilt that comes from living up to everyone else's expectations. This is your community. You've been waiting for it. So have I.
